  Baltimore Partners for Fragile Families
Program Description: One of ten national demonstration sites funded by the Ford and Mott Foundations, and the Center for Strategic Non-profit Community Planning (NPCL) PFF serves low-income, father and families who are at risk of welfare dependency. The three-year demonstration project will build and increase the range of community-based fatherhood programs and serve 300 Baltimore City families throughout the course of the project.   Dad’s Make a Difference
Program Description: The Dad's Make A Difference is funded by the Maryland State Department of Human Resources, Child Support Enforcement Administration (CSEA) and is administered in partnership with the University of Maryland Cooperative Extension Program. The project educates youth about the importance of fathers in children's lives, parental responsibility and deferring parenthood until they are financially and emotionally ready. Teens, ages 16-18, trained as peer educators, teach middle school aged teens in a variety of settings including classrooms, community organizations and prevention programs.

  Maryland's Access and Visitation Program
Program Description: The program is funded by the Federal Department of Health and Human Services and administered by the Maryland Department of Human Resources. Services are delivered through non-profit organizations, and local departments of social services and the family court division. Programs focus on advocacy and services for non-custodial fathers including; mediated visitation, neutral drop off centers, counseling services, support group activities and parenting contract development.

  Responsible Choices Demonstration Project
Program Description: The program is funded by the Maryland Department of Human Resources Family Investment Administration and Community Services Administrations. Program provides home visitation services to young first-time unmarried parents and two parent families. Participants receive parenting courses, counseling, educational and job skill assistance.

  Responsible Fatherhood Demonstration Project
Program Description: One of ten national demonstration sites in the US administered by the Maryland Department of Human Resources Community Services Administration and Child Support Enforcement Administration in cooperation with Baltimore City and Charles County Departments of Social Services. The Responsible Fatherhood Demonstration project provides services to low income, non-custodial fathers of families who are receiving or at risk of receiving temporary cash assistance or other social services. The project sites are operated by or work closely with the local child support enforcement offices and offer assistance in job skill enhancement, parenting courses, problem resolution and co-parenting skills.

  Dads All Deserve Support (DADS)
Program Description: DADS is a group designed to actively support fathers and soon to be fathers in their various roles as a caring adult. This activity based program looks to connect men with any services necessary to becoming (and remaining) positive community models.
